The ability to customize and/or suppress the finished work order form that sends when a signature is captured.
We would like the ability to fully customize the form to hide/add certain fields.
If customization is not feasible, we would like the option to suppress the form from automatically emailing to the customer. Our service managers have asked more than once to suppress the form
Example:
We recently had to write off 3.6 hours of labor because the tech fat fingered an entry as 0.4 hours instead of 4 hours and the customer argued that they only signed off on 0.4 hours. Yes, the techs should be double-checking their entries but we will never catch all mistakes.
