Check List

Create a checklist section where notes are located. Let us define the check list of to do items that will appear in the fields for the technicians to complete & customer to see as well. Task may be able to be used, but a checklist is a group of task to compete on every call.

    A checklist/workflow is needed.

    It would also be helpful to make certain fields required to be completed by the Technician.

    We are facing an issue that "Work Completed" notes is sometimes being left blank by the Technician. Requiring input from the Technician before the WO can be marked as completed would be great.
