would be easier to receive a push notification rather than the tech constantly checking his phone
Anything to improve communication/changes is very appreciated. Notifications has long been a feature of interest across Viewpoint's products, such as Spectrum & Service Tech. Last-minute changes are sometimes made and having the ability to quickly notify the tech is crucial.
New assignments will populate the Open Assignments list almost as soon as a new work order is created. I'm not trying to be argumentative here but why isn't that good enough?
