Currently, when the customer signature is captured, the system sends the finished work order form at the same time.
We have several customers, that we have long-established relationships with, where a maintenance manager might go ahead and sign off on the work before it is completed because they have to run and put out a fire somewhere else.
We would like to be able to capture the customer signature without emailing the report and then send the report later when we have finished the work
